Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Enjasmy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What Enjasmy does
Enjasmy is an AI-powered wardrobe cataloguing and outfit-planning app. It photographs, identifies, and organizes your clothing, and helps you build outfits, all using on-device AI running locally on your iPhone. For details on what data the app accesses and how it's handled, see the Privacy Policy.
3. No account, no user content submission
Enjasmy has no user accounts and no sign-in. Nothing you photograph or catalogue is transmitted to Enjasmy, its developer, or any third party — it stays on your device. Because no content is ever submitted to us, these Terms do not include a user-generated-content moderation policy; there is nothing for us to moderate.
4. Purchases
Enjasmy is free to download and use. Any paid features or optional purchases that may be offered in the future are just that — optional; the App remains usable without them, and features available at no cost on the date you install the App are not later moved behind a required payment. These Terms do not commit Enjasmy to any particular pricing model. All purchases, if any, are billed and processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Media Services terms; refund requests must go through Apple, not Enjasmy's developer.
5. AI features are not professional advice
Enjasmy's on-device AI provides item identification, cataloguing, and outfit suggestions for personal convenience only. It is not professional styling, fashion, or purchasing advice, and its accuracy depends on your device, your photos, and the limits of on-device AI models. Use your own judgment before relying on any AI-generated suggestion.
6. Device requirements
AI cataloguing and recommendation features require an Apple Intelligence–capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or later, on a supported iOS version). Core wardrobe features work on any supported device. Enjasmy is not liable for feature availability on unsupported hardware.
7. Intellectual property
The Enjasmy name, logo, and app design are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its assets outside of normal use through the App Store.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Enjasmy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data stored locally on your device. Because Enjasmy has no cloud backup by default, you are responsible for the consequences of deleting the app or your device without a backup.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
